In the new 2026 FB price list, two accessories have been introduced that respond to this very need: the integrated filter for cooling jackets and boosters, and the sacrificial anode for 6F, 8F, and 10F submersible motors. The importance of accessories

This means reducing the risk that materials like leaves, twigs, and other floating elements enter the system and cause clogging or wear. In practice, the integrated filter helps to keep the system's performance more stable and protect the electropump from unnecessary stress.

It is an accessory particularly useful in environments like tanks, cisterns, open basins, and in wells lacking very fine upstream filtration.

Sacrificial anode: an extra defense against corrosion

The second accessory is the sacrificial anode, available for FB submersible motors in the 6F, 8F, and 10F versions. Its function is to protect the motor from galvanic corrosion and pitting corrosion, consuming itself instead of the most exposed metal parts.

From a practical point of view, the anode creates an additional defense, it is installed quickly in the lower part of the submersible motor, and becomes particularly useful when the system is located in areas subject to stray currents.

These are conditions that do not concern only the well itself, but also the external context. The presence of railway lines, power lines, photovoltaic systems, or wind turbines can indeed generate phenomena that, over time, accelerate the deterioration of metal surfaces. In these cases, the anode helps to limit the damage, reduce the risk of premature failures, and extend the life of the system.

Here too, the benefit is twofold. On one hand, it protects the motor, and on the other, it safeguards the overall investment with a preventive measure that has a concrete impact on the system's reliability.

The integrated filter and the sacrificial anode address two very concrete problems in field work: dirt getting where it shouldn't, and corrosion that, if ignored, consumes what should last.
