1991

Domenico Faccio and Nicola Belluzzi found F.B. Srl, a company specialized in winding water-filled submersible motors.

1999

The company sets up an internal service and maintenance centre equipped for any type of submersible electric pump to ensure full, prompt technical support.

2005

The first line of FB brand submersible motors is created. This path allowed FB to identify the essential characteristics of the ideal motor to tackle many different challenges in the sector.

2010

Market needs change and FB creates a full line of 4”, 6”, 8 ”and 10” submersible motors. The available materials (cast iron, AISI 316 stainless steel, DUPLEX stainless steel, AISI 904L stainless steel, or SUPER DUPLEX stainless steel) offer solutions for every application.

2013

FB expands its production range with 4”, 5”, 6 ”, 8”, 10 ”and 12” pump bodies. This choice ensures the company can provide complete electric pumps to respond to every need.

2020

The FBSX series is born. 6”, 8” and 10” submersible pumps made entirely of precision-cast stainless steel, available in three variants: AISI 304, AISI 316 and AISI 904L.
The FBSX series stands out for its superior performance and unprecedented energy efficiency.

2023

FB launches the 12” version of the renowned FBSX precision-cast stainless steel submersible pump on the market, offering even more options for exceptional performance.

2024

The fbpompe.com website is implemented, featuring the Pump Selector, a tool that helps choose the most suitable electric pump model for any specific need, and is able to filter by application, size and technical specifications.

Today, FB is a benchmark of Made in Italy excellence in submersible electric pump production and in water supply for sectors such as irrigation, lifting and distribution of drinking water, as well as for civil, industrial, mining and desalination applications.
