Cooling sleeves improve submersible pump operation by allowing an internal water flow to disperse the heat.
Their use is recommended when the fluid speed is insufficient to cool the motor, for example when the well diameter is much larger than the pump diameter, or when the pump is installed in a tank.
The horizontal version of the cooling sleeve has support mounts.
